1. Acceptance
By submitting a listing on ExpatsinRomania.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Listings
You may submit classified listings for housing, jobs, services, items for sale, and events. All listings are subject to admin review before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing without notice.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not submit listings that are: fraudulent, illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or in violation of any applicable law. Spam, duplicate listings, and misleading content are prohibited.
4. Your Account
By submitting a listing, an account is automatically created using your email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
5. Facebook Sharing
Approved listings may be shared on our Facebook Page (Expats in Romania) to increase visibility. By submitting a listing you consent to this sharing.
6. Disclaimer
ExpatsinRomania.org is a listing platform only. We do not verify the accuracy of listings and are not responsible for transactions between users. Use listings at your own risk.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
