Are you an expatriate living in the beautiful country of Romania? We’re looking for inspiring, enlightening, and entertaining stories from those of you who have made this vibrant country your home, whether temporarily or permanently.
Why Share Your Story? Sharing your expat journey can inspire others who might be considering a move or are new to Romania. It’s also a fantastic way to connect with the community, exchange tips, and reflect on your experiences in this culturally rich, diverse country.
What We’re Looking For:
- Adventures: Unexpected experiences, travel stories within Romania, and unique discoveries.
- Challenges and Solutions: How you’ve navigated life’s ups and downs away from your home country.
- Cultural Insights: Observations on Romanian traditions, lifestyle, and how you’ve adapted or embraced these.
- Advice for New Expats: Tips on living, working, and thriving in Romania.
How to Participate: Send us your stories in a written format (500-1000 words), and feel free to include photos if you have them! You can submit your story to expatsinromania@gmail.com with the subject line “My Romanian Expat Story.”
We’ll review all submissions and feature selected stories on our platform, Expats in Romania. This is a great opportunity to share your unique perspective with a global audience and at the same time, contribute to the expat community in Romania.
